Dr. Rigling's approach to Couple's Psychotherapy
Couple's psychotherapy is a unique form of psychotherapy which requires specialized theoretical and methodological training. Dr. Rigling has received ongoing training in a variety of couple's psychotherapy techniques and theories. Primarily, he has received ongoing training in Emotionally Focused Therapy(EFT) , and is a member of both the International Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) and the New York Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy (NYCEFT).
